We recently bought a house on a lake in the LA area and chose The Davis Team of Julie and Bryce to help us in our search. Long story short, Byce and Julie loved the house too, as did my husband, son, daughter-in-law and, especially, my grandkids. Less than a month after we had started looking, we closed on our absolute dream property -- one that checks all the boxes. As my grandson can attest, it is our forever home. Now, we watch the sun set every evening over the lake and all I can do is thank my lucky stars that we chose Julie and Bryce to work with! Julie and Bryce did an outstanding job helping my wife and me come to an agreement with the seller to purchase a piece of property. We met with Julie and Bryce on the evening of December 14th at a social function with no idea we would be making a purchase. We tossed around an idea about a piece of property my wife and I might be interested in buying but had not taken any steps to do that. Julie and Bryce got right on it and had a call with the sellers broker the next morning. It all came together very smoothly. We closed on February 15th. In those 60 days, there had to be a survey done to break this piece off a larger parcel of land, new deeds had to be created for the seller as well as for us, and all the legal work had to be completed. They kept in constant contact with us and let us know where we were in the process at all times. They have a good support team, too, that made sure we signed all the proper documents at the appropriate time.
